Residency: Rokmaw
Barracuda spent all of his early years sailing across the seas. He has many stories to tell, although he has now chosen to settle down with his wife in Rokmaw, a small port town north of Sylph Falls. He sometimes ferries back south to Glacier Port to visit with his former crew while his wife shops in the bazaar of Central Shores.
He adores kids and will spend his time sharing extravagant tales with them, although he'll happily share stories with anyone willing to lend an ear, earning him the affectionate nickname of "the storytelling pirate".
