Born under a waning moon, Percy was believed to be a blessing sent from the heavens to save his town from famine. In a way, the young boy did, his guardians selling him off to the High Temple of Aysu. He holds a disdain for the Central Shores and yearns to return to the Midland Marshes: the home he never knew. Recognized for his strong magic potential, Percy is currently under the mentorship of Romulus.
