It's safe to assume that Pinocchio penguins got their name from their piercingly long beaks. These penguins prefer a particular temperature and will migrate freely between the north and south to live in their favourite conditions, but always prefer to nest in rocky outcrops along the ocean. Despite their bulky appearance, Pinocchio penguins are surprisingly agile, able to whip their beaks around to snap up any oblivious prey.
