These massive guardians are made of solid metal and crystal, and are just as rare! These beasts boast a strong presence and are aligned in both the elements of earth and fire, making them equally powerful opponents. Leo Leviathans, although having long outgrown their younger self's need for food, still love to consume all things of luxury. From gemstones, to gold, to even the metal hulls of ships, wild leviathans are the menaces of the sea. There are even some legends that tell horrible tales of Leo Leviathtans raiding villages of aqualoxes to consume their Soul Gems, but as always, there's always a way for the hero to slay the beast. These leviathans, in particular, can be tricked into consuming what has been coined as "Excalibur Metal", which is comprised of the most valuable materials of the current time and an incredibly intricate glyph to destroy the beast from the inside out.

Some people say, in times of old, these leviathans used to travel in pods, but because Safirans' greed and economy have become so severe, the beasts' appetites have grown just as intense, and the ecosystem can no longer support as many leviathans like it once could.
