Hello, hello! After a short period of down-time for maintenance, the core of Safira Island’s overhaul is complete! Although the site is an ever-growing project, with many more features planned, I hope you’re excited for the ones I have to announce today!

Updates

Site Redesign

The most prominent change has everything to do with visuals! From the site banner, to your Safiran’s masterlist entries, there have been a plethora of changes made, and even more are planned. We’re always open to feedback, and if you ever encounter any bugs, be sure to submit a report!

Dev Logs

You may have spotted a new notification pop up in your navigation bar. That’s right – we now have development logs! No longer will users be in the dark to the website’s features and progress. Well, unless you want to, of course! You can disable Dev Log notifications through your settings page.

Free MYOs

Probably the most significant change to Safira Island’s website is the update to the free MYO (make-your-own) system. Creating and developing Safirans is the core of the ARPG, but the previous “slot-box” method was difficult to navigate. As such, it’s been updated to a more streamline system: the Free MYO Page!

You’ll be able to select your desired Safiran species and automatically create a MYO. From there, you can immediately submit a design for your new Safiran.

User Tutorial

Speaking of tutorials, the User Tutorial's progress was delayed in favour of fixing any bugs discovered after the overhaul went live. We're hoping to get it up and running before the 18^th of this month.

Last Online Status

Another new addition to Safira Island's list of features are users' Last Online Status! You can now see if someone's currently online or the last time an offline user was active. By default, your online status is public, but if you wish to keep your status hidden, you can easily do so through your site settings.

Toyhou.se Authentication

With Lorekeeper’s update to 2.1.0, we now have Toyhou.se authentication! To update your primary alias, you can drop by your account aliases to authenticate with your Toyhou.se!
