Born and raised as part of Otenere, Tibbin had never seen the stars. It was always his dream, finding fantastical descriptions of the island night skies in old scripts, to see the constellations. He attempted to become a snitch, but he was never powerful enough to get a border pass.
But now, with the rumours of border opening, he has hope his dream can soon become a reality!
