Marine decided to try to figure out the Figment issue the old-fashioned way; by reading books to do further research.
She has been sitting in her office, doing her work as a researcher to try to find a way to resolve the current figment infestation, and she even managed to capture and befriend a Figment (Sphecidae) that she gave the name Fig. Her Piñata companion, Pinto is also there to support her through her searches.
Marine's dear 'lox friends; Tide and Newt have also sent her letters and gifts throughout her research.
There has been one issue with the research, though, that there is a massive lack of information about the creatures.
(this is where she decided to travel to Farport to further her research)
(Artist note: I totally didn't spend 10 hours on this piece over the span of an entire month *sweats*)
