Don't be deceived by their blushing cheeks and friendly eyes; these poco are a particularly sour bunch. A citrus aroma wafts from their rind-like scales, which bakers tend to enjoy. While their temperament can be irksome in the wee hours, Citron poco make an excellent deterrent for thieves who wish to pluck fresh-baked rolls with their sticky fingers.
