Here is my entry for the DTA!! I read that lore-wise this fella escaped from underwater, so I wanted to draw something almost like him leaving that place!!

I was feeling a bit iffy because I still struggle with BGs and lighting, and I feel like I made em look too much like a sort of cat, but im working on it ^^!
