[Dragon Pet Design] Kelp Dragon

Not too sure about names for the lil guy, but!! I at least have some "about" ideas for em--

• Naturally, they're a kelp mimic dragon that can range from small to very large-- typically in sizes/lengths fitting of the kelp biome they're living in.
• For those hatched and raised in captivity out of the ocean/sea, they grow as a fish would-- typically to fit the conditions of the tanks they're kept in. Since they come in a variety of sizes naturally, it is recommended to get smaller varieties for smaller-scale tanks to minimize potential negative effects of stunted growth.
• As shown in the image, they can close their eyes to better blend in with kelp. Their eyes are on the smaller and thin-side, located on the top of their head akin to a flounder.
• Because of the need to commonly blend in with the kelp, they are moreso opportunistic hunters that snatch up any unsuspecting fish and shrimp that stray too close.
